About Us

CGA meets Thursdays at 9:00pm – 10:00pm in VH 1010!

The Collegiate Gaming Association (CGA) is a Truman State University student organization that deals with everything gaming. Our purpose is to create an enjoyable atmosphere for students with an interest in gaming by providing open gaming-related events for the campus and giving gamers a place to meet.

Members participate in our Bi-annual Halo Night!

To do this, we have weekly meetings to socialize, share gaming videos, demo the latest games, and plan events. Meetings are a great time to find gamers with similar interests as you and discuss interesting gaming news. Meetings are held on Thursdays at 9pm in VH1010.

Events are then put on every few weeks (usually on the weekends). These vary from LAN Parties, Gaming Tournaments, Console Nights, Movie Nights, to even playing field hockey at the Rec. All events are free and open to everyone. Check the Events Section for more details.

To keep in touch, the CGA has this website, a Steam group, a Facebook group, and e-mail.

The CGA wants you! Come to a meeting or event to find out more!
